NOW... much smarter than NWO (Last Update: 15th August 2014)

"The definition of insanity
is doing the same thing over and over again
and expecting different results."
Albert Einstein

On the go live day. How will you be managing the economy? That's the basic question that everybody wants to have answered when it comes to discussing a Resource Based Economy. It's not a trivial question by any means, because what we do will have global ramifications. However, those ramifications are limited. World War, financial meltdown leading to world war, mass civil unrest leading to world war or transition.

The economy is a monster. Millions of system comprising billions of moving parts. Some of those moving parts are absolutely essential to the maintenance of the economy. Actually, the word monster really doesn't cover just how much of a complex and diverse organism the economy is. From the street sweeper to the billionaire playboy, every $ is counted, every $ is spent. At this point in time it's easy to get sidetracked with the makeup of the financial system... because it IS fundamental to how the world currently works.

I'm not saying that a transition is impossible, in fact I see it as absolutely inevitable, but how the economy is managed come go live day is crucial. I'm talking about 3 years from NOW ;-). It is more than possible for us all to vote for a political party that represents R.B.E. values within the next 3 years. At it's base, an R.B.E. is an exercise in efficiency of resources... and that includes you and I. But where to in 3 years?

We're willing to work together to progress with a purpose, but there's still the small matter of the economy and those who rely upon it even if 1 country doesn't. I believe firmly that the entire world could run under R.B.E. governments within 3 years. And if you're an R.B.E. purist, you'll be screaming at the screen that an R.B.E. doesn't have a govt. I agree, it has billions of individual ones. However I have to ask the question: what if the world hasn't shifted? How would the country trade with the rest of the world? Print money? heh!

Some form of management is going to be required on go live date if the rest of the world decides to wait and watch how things turn out before electing an R.B.E. government. That and everybody wants to know how the economy is going to be managed. So it's a big question, but not easy to answer. Unless of course you decide to stage an evolution of your economy. Doing new things with a free population is a mouth watering prospect. NOW I'm not going to get into how to stage the evolution as that sort of thing takes the planning of many minds... however, it's easier to create new systems than it is to overhaul ones that crash the economy.

Can we be ready for go live day? Absolutely. But it will have to be along the lines of: human activity must not be subject to the amount of finance available. Human activity to will be measured in a way that it produces the exact $ figure that the global financial economy dictates. So even if the global financial economy leaves NZ with $1, the country will still function, people will still be educated, they will still eat, they will still have a roof over their heads, they will have access to water/food etc... basically every source of nourishment (mental and physical) that a human being requires etc... The divorce of the influence of money on the human being.

Anyway, it's all very possible. Not necessarily as "explained" above, but there will need to be some variant of economic management in order to convince people that you have thought things through. It takes people with time and money.

3 months eh. How things change.

A "Begging" Letter.

Everything takes money. Raising awareness is no different. To that end, if you have excess funds and you would like to invest in a project with the potential to change the world, then come and say hi.

The above may sound like madness or the ramblings of a person suffering from delusions of grandeur, but I assure you that I am quite serious. Someone has to be about the future. I have a plan. It may not be a good plan, but that is for you to decide. Come to my house, drink wine and let me offer you a vision and a plan of how we get there. You will be an integral part of NOW helping to shape our future. If nothing else, you will have had a wasted journey and I will have less wine.

Change happening by itself is too slow. It needs a helping hand.

We do not need to be stuck with Einstein's theory of insanity! There is a Silver Bullet! and it is EASY to change our society quickly and with next to no consequences, in fact the positives by far outweigh the negatives!

A wee challenge for you. Can you think of a single reason why our financial system is better than a NOW approach for humanity. Be honest and open minded, but I think you'll find out that there isn't. NOW (or variations of) is/are required NOW more than ever. We live in a finite world, why continue to waste it?

"There is no Silver Bullet". I've heard that from professionals, experts, leaders etc... NOW they're either really really wrong or they're lying through their teeth. Again, take a look around you and ask if this is the best we can do?

I disagree with those professionals, experts and leaders who say that there is no silver Bullet and I'll make 3 very bold statements that would have them laughing in the aisles:
  • There is a Silver Bullet!
  • It is EASY to solve many of the major issues that the world faces!
  • NOW offers positives that our current societal and economic models can't even come close to offering!

With the above 3 very bold statements in mind, I give you NOW
